Choir
Mount Calvary is committed to a thriving music ministry open to all interested persons. Our mission is always to worship God and enjoy Him forever through the exploration of the vast and wonderful choral repertoire written for the Christian church. We prepare anthems from all musical periods, encompassing all styles, as well as lead hymns and service music.
Choir rehearsals are held every Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m., September through May. Twice a year (usually November and March), we have Saturday morning workshops to prepare special music for Advent, Christmas, Lent, and Easter. During the summer months, special music is provided by soloists from the choir, chamber groups from the choir, and guest soloists from the community, both singers and instrumentalists.
Our children’s choir practices as part of the Pizza Club program. The children work on seasonal pieces which are generally part of the monthly intergenerational services. At the intergenerational service, we often feature young people who are studying various instruments.
In the words of an Anglican hymn, “If we forget our Savior’s praise, the stones themselves would sing.”

Bell Choir
Listen to the joyful harmony of Mount Calvary’s bell choir! Every Wednesday at 6 p.m., September through May, our ringers gather to create melodies that echo through the sacred halls of our church. Through the guidance of skilled instructors, these musicians learn the art of bell ringing, infusing their music with a joyful spirit.
