We have recently supported a number of organizations at work to alleviate poverty, address basic needs, and support rebuilding efforts after disasters. These include Episcopal Relief and Development; the International Service Center in Harrisburg; working with Afghan refugees; the Harrisburg Area Food Pantry; Bethesda Mission; Christian Churches United for overnight shelters; and the Sadler Health Center on Trindle Rd., offering affordable health care.
